Our most recent product, the LT-55 XL Laser Templator template system was created to fill the void of templating cabinet bases and counter tops but we soon found that there were so many more uses that we had never thought about. We looked at all the other systems on the market and found problems with all of them so we sought out to develop a solution that gave the templators exactly what they needed. By working with industry leaders we were able to pinpoint the specific necessities that are needed to get even the most difficult job done.
LT-55 XL Laser Template System
We are very proud of every LT-55 XL Laser Templator that is out there helping to create gorgeous marble and granite counter tops. We have customers that have templated over 8000 counter tops since purchasing the LT-55 XL as well as companies that found one was not enough to keep up with their production and are now using 26 lasers on a full time basis. Whether you fabricate a couple kitchens a week or 25 a week, the LT-55 XL will give you the precision and speed needed to make every job perfect.
The LT-55 XL Laser Templator is now comes standard with an Acer TabletPC making templating a job easier than it has ever been before. With a 9” screen and full keyboard, you basically have a mini laptop with you on the job running Windows. Couple this with your job tracking software and you can have a templator in the field make more decision as to how fast you can have the job fabricated and installed.
One reason we truly believe we are the best digital template system is because we are always innovating. 95% of our software was designed and specifically asked for by companies that saw a need and asked. Some points that make the LT-55 XL stand out over other digital template systems include a built in digital camera for taking pictures of the job site, wireless internet capabilities and a physical keyboard. Tie those three things together and you have the ability to not only template a job, but estimate it, get the customer’s signature and email it back to the office from the job site. Now cost is always the first thing on everyone’s mind. Instead of how much does it cost, the questions you need to ask is how much does it cost to not use the LT-55 XL? We did a large survey of over 2500 fabricators throughout the U.S. and came to some very eye opening conclusions. Take for example a manual shop that does ten jobs per week and charge the national average of $3,500 per job.
