ActiveSync is a program that allows you to connect your PocketPC to your computer. This can be used for transferring .dxf files onto your computer after you template a job. It can also be used to transfer new versions of the Precision Laser Templator program (PLTv.x.xx) after we roll out new updates.  A CD with ActiveSync was supplied to you with your LT-55 purchase, but just in case you lost your CD or you want the newest version you can get it by downloading it here.
