As part of our efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, we have a significant portion of our team working remotely. A limited number of team members from production, tech support, training and front office will continue to work from our facility during normal business hours.
Our entire team is available to answer questions via email and the same phone numbers, including our sales and training teams for online product demos and training as mentioned in the previous post.
We are committed to maintaining daily business and operations during these unprecedented times, albeit at a slightly extended pace. As the COVID-19 situation evolves, our course of action may as well, but we will work to persevere as best as possible.

With the recent news on Covid-19/Coronavirus, including the declaration of being a pandemic and extreme measures being taken throughout the world, there’s growing uncertainty that travel and large events such as Coverings will continue to take place.
While we don’t want to fan the flames of panic, we do want to acknowledge the virus’ impact on all of us. We want to do everything possible to help contribute in the efforts of getting this under control while maintaining daily business.
Our team is taking a proactive step to offer companies interested in the LT-2D3D Laser Templator customized online demos as an alternative to our renowned onsite/in-person demos. Online demos will be conducted at our training center where you will not only get an overview of the LT-2D3D system, but also have the opportunity to see how it templates a variety of applications including: standard and complex countertops (e.g. batwing, multi-level), full-height backsplashes, cabinets, fireplaces, showers, sinks, bathtubs, spiral staircases and more.
You can even request to view a demo of our 3D capabilities with our TemplatePro software! This 3D software, paired with the LT-2D3D, can easily template common or complex shapes and allow you to view it from all angles.
The online demo offers a comprehensive look at digital templating that onsite demos may lack due to limited applications available. All you need is a computer, Internet connection and phone!
An LPI-certified trainer and your LPI sales representative will walk you through the online demo showing you both the area being templated and screenshot of the software so you can get a complete picture of how easy our system is to operate. This is a two-way demo that is customized to your needs and what you want to learn so we encourage you to ask questions and request to see various templating scenarios pertinent to your business!
We know that several of you planned on visiting us in New Orleans for Coverings and we want to give you and anyone else the option to still be able to see a product demo or complete orders just in case the show is cancelled. Our online demos will continue to be available for anyone during these cautious times and even beyond.

For those of you who still would like an onsite/in-person demo, our Go Digital Ride-Along program will continue to run, but on a limited basis. With this program, we’ll ride-along with your templating crew and digitally template one of your jobs for free. You will get a comprehensive output package including shops sheets, saw pages, slab layouts, signoffs and jobsite photos. Please contact us for availability in your area.
