Samsung Q1 Ultra Screen Resolution

Issue:

The screen resolution on the Samsung tablet is incorrect

Cause:

The resolution was changed fromt hedefault to something larger or smaller.

Solution:

1. Tap Start / Control Panel
2. Tap Display
3. Tap on Settings
4. Under Resolution change it to 1024 x 600
5. Tap Apply
